CHT 2019 Team Building Activities

On 21Th September,CHT made it’s annual ” Team-Building” activity. This is the first time after the company has confirmed it’s new value——the “CHT Family Culture”, in order to enhance the understanding and acquaintance of CHT team about the new value meaning. The activity started off climbing the famous Sanqing Mountain in Jiangxi Province. It is one of most famous tourist destinations in China. The altitude is around 1819meters,it causes about 10minutes cable car journey to the top. After reached the planned starting place, a long and tired hiking journey begined. The scenery and landscape is fantastic,as houndreds of thousands of deifferent karst stony hills with it’s peaks rising one higher than another and stretched to the farest as it can. Through the climbing and hiking, all memebers learnt how to work and support each other,greatly enhanced the undersading of CHT team about company value core “courage and leadership, communication and collaboration”; The team visited the “Autumn Harvesting” event at Huangling village. This small village has more than 1000years history, is one of most long existing Chinese traditional villages. The event showed how industrious chinese ancient farmers harvest and stock their grains. After this, the team went to visit the most famous Chinese traditional architectures in Wuyuan town,one of most popular tourist sites in China. Through the visitings,the team learnt more about traditional chinese culture,have more understandings about “CHT Family Cultrue” which has rooted in “Confucian Culture”. It greatly makes the team more united and solid!
